[MDYP Church Link] AGM Reports' reminder

Hi again!

Louise is concerned that very few reports have been received ready to be presented to the AGM to be held Sunday 27th Aug following the 10:30 service at St Benedict's.

All groups and congregations should report.

Please remember that written reports should cover the activities and challenges of the past 12 months.
Attached should also be a financial report for each centre/group. These should have been verified by a suitable person.

The advertised deadline is 18th August to enable time for Louise to collate and print the reports and make them available to be read prior to the AGM.
If possible, email your completed work to deacon at alcress.com or pass on a paper version.

The AGM will be followed by fellowship over a Bring & Share luncheon.
